I care very deeply about the welfare of my clients. Having
worked with other Realtors who tended to "shove a property down the client's
throat", or oversell a project's potential upside, I let the investment
speak for itself. The cash flow analysis I use is based on certain
assumptions and factors which I fully disclose to be
sure that you agree with all the inputs. My analysis is conservative so it's much less likely that a
property will underperform expectations.
A note about our market: Because Phoenix continues to be in the top two job
and population growth MSA's (Metropolitan Statistical Area) we have a
subdued but healthy market. Yes, the extravagance of 2005-2006 created
foreclosures, but today we have a terrific Buyers market. My commitment is
to find you a home or an investment with built in equity. There are many
price pressured properties in the Valley of the Sun. But they won't be out
there forever. Now is the time to buy.

Carol Reid, CCIM brings twenty-five years
of business experience to US Preferred Realty. Prior to her success in
Commercial and Investment Real Estate, Carol held Senior Management
positions with Fortune 100 in New York, and smaller firms here in the Valley
of the Sun. Her previous titles included CEO of Xantel, a telecommunications
software developer, and VP of Marketing for an AZ tech company called
Syntellect, a $50 million NASDAQ listed developer of Speech Recognition
platforms that was sold to a Canadian firm in 2003. Earlier in her
career, Carol was the Wall Street Branch Manager of 35 people for IBM/ROLM,
with worldwide responsibility for 13 Global Accounts and a revenue target of
$30 million.
Since transitioning into Commercial Real estate in late 2004, Carol has
secured and managed more than 50 transactions. Carol has extensive
experience in Multifamily property as well as sales and leasing of office
condominiums and retail facilities. Carol earned the senior designation of
Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) in 2005. "A Certified
